This achievement places Health Dialog in an elite group of organizations worldwide that have earned this certification. By including federal and state regulations, standards, and frameworks, and incorporating a risk-based approach, the HITRUST CSF helps ensure we are up to date with the latest security and privacy standards to effectively and efficiently safeguard our clients’ and members’ data.

National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA): Population Health Accreditation

Health Dialog’s Chronic Care Management program holds NCQA’s Population Health Accreditation. NCQA is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to improving healthcare and quality that accredits and certifies a range of healthcare organizations.

The NCQA Population Health Accreditation ensures accredited organizations provide a framework that standardizes care to efficiently manage complex needs. This helps keep members healthier, reduces risks and prevents unnecessary costs from poor care management. The accreditation process evaluates an organization’s data integration, population assessment, population segmentation, targeted interventions, practitioner support, and measurement and quality improvement.

NCQA: Health Information Product Certification for a Health Information Line

Health Dialog’s Nurse Advice Line is one of only six to earn NCQA’s Health Information Products (HIP) Certification for a Health Information Line. The NCQA HIP Certification for a Health Information Line is a quality assessment program that health plans can use to assess organizations that develop and provide content, tools and services for health information lines. Certification includes rigorous evaluations conducted by a team of healthcare professionals. A national oversight committee of physicians analyzes the team’s finding and determines certification based on the HIP organization’s compliance with NCQA standards.

URAC: Accreditation in Health Call Center

Health Dialog’s Nurse Advice Line also received URAC’s Health Call Center accreditation. URAC is a non-profit organization with a mission to advance quality in healthcare through leadership, accreditation, measurement and innovation. The accreditation process demonstrates commitment to quality services and serves as a framework to improve business processes through benchmarking organizations against nationally recognized standards.

With URAC’s Health Call Center accreditation, Health Dialog has proven that our Nurse Advice Line meets or exceeds 40 specific core standards of best-in-class call center operations, allowing us to quickly and effectively resolve inquiries and provide clinical triage from a credentialed and well-trained staff.
