Jill Goodspeed, VP, Coaching Operations
Jill Goodspeed is the Vice President of Coaching Operations at Health Dialog. In this role, she oversees the delivery of Health Dialog’s services, including Coaching Programs and Medication Therapy Management Services. She is responsible for managing all aspects of the contact center operations which include Learning and Development, Quality Management and Workflow Management. Jill is dedicated to delivering services across the organization in a cost effective and efficient manner while maintaining a high level of quality for Health Dialog’s clients.
Jill has been in an operations leadership role at Health Dialog for over 11 years. She brings over 20 years of leadership experience in healthcare. She is a graduate of the University of Iowa.
